Squash Court Booking Rules
- Members can book courts 14 days prior from 12 noon. In other words, a new "booking sheet" is automatically added to the system 14 days prior at 12 noon.
- Members should select their opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
- Peak times are Monday to Friday 6pm onwards, all day Saturday and Sunday.
- Members may book up to two peak time courts Monday to Friday and two peak time courts over the weekend, subject to a maximum of three peak time bookings over a 7 day period.
- Members may book any number of courts during off peak times.
- Member Accounts & Booking Fees
- Booking fees are displayed on the booking sheets.
- Each member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
- You can purchase credit (£20.00 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into the booking system website. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
- Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit.
- On the day playing, MYCOURTS will automatically send a Booking Reminder to all on the booking sheets with a link to share the cost for those who were selected as the playing partner(s)/opponent(s).
- Late-Cancellation policy:
- When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
- When cancelled more than 24 hours prior to start time, the booking fee is automatically refunded as booking system credit.
- When the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior, the booking fee is only refunded as booking system credit only if the same court is re-booked by another member, otherwise, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
- When the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to start time, the booking fee is non-refundable unless the same court and time is re-booked by another member -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically reversed (removed from your account and your credit adjusted accordingly).
